PLEASE REFER TO &#8220;IMPORTANT INFORMATION&#8221; IN THE END OF THIS PRESS RELEASE.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\"><span><span><span><span><strong>Summary of the Rights Issue: <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span><span><span>The Rights Issue comprises a maximum of 122,037,585 shares. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span>Upon full subscription, Heliospectra will receive approximately SEK 25.6 million before deduction of transactions costs. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span>De inschrijvingsprijs is SEK 0,21 per aandeel. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span>The Rights Issue is 100 percent covered by subscription undertakings and guarantee commitments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span>For each share held in the Company on the record date, February 17, 2025, the shareholder received one (1) subscription right.
