The purpose of the loan is to strengthen the Company&#8217;s liquidity to increase sales and marketing efforts now that the Company has <\/strong><strong>completed the product portfolio for both the Agtech and Greenhouse segment.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\"><span><span>Heliospectra heeft vandaag een lening van SEK 10 miljoen opgehaald bij Weland St\u00e5l (<strong>de \u201cLening<\/strong>\u201c) en de Lening zal onmiddellijk worden verstrekt. De lening moet volledig worden terugbetaald op 31 december 2025 en heeft een jaarlijkse rente van twaalf (12) procent en een boeterente van acht (8) procentpunten boven de referentierente volgens de Zweedse rentewet.<span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\"><span><span>De Raad van Bestuur heeft geoordeeld dat de voorwaarden van de Lening marktconform zijn en dat het aangaan van de Lening in het belang is van zowel de Vennootschap als haar aandeelhouders.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"mfn-footer\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" class=\"mfn-wp-retain\"><span><span><em>Deze informatie is informatie die Heliospectra AB (publ) verplicht is openbaar te maken op grond van de EU-marktmisbruikverordening.
