De aandelenwarrants werden oorspronkelijk uitgegeven aan de Dochtermaatschappij op de Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering van de Vennootschap gehouden op 12 maart 2019.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/div>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">In overeenstemming met de voorwaarden van de aandelenwarrants heeft de Vennootschap de marktwaarde van de warrants per dag van overdracht bepaald in overeenstemming met het Black &amp; Scholes optiewaarderingsmodel en de principes van het uitgiftebesluit. De marktwaarde is vastgesteld op SEK 0,34 per optie.
