In the auditor’s report of the annual report, the auditor has flagged that some uncertainties and risks exist regarding liquidity and equity capital. If sufficient funds are not generated, continued operation might be at risk. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Andreas Gunnarsson, Head of the Board at Heliospectra and representative for Corespring New Technology, comments: “The main shareholders want to emphasize that they are fully supporting Heliospectra. The strong order intake of Q1 2024 is a testament that the company has developed a new solution platform that brings value not only to the customers but also needed liquidity for the company. However, the board and shareholders do agree that there is a need for additional liquidity in the company to secure business and investment for future growth. The board, therefore, works in parallel to secure strategic investments to ensure the company’s liquidity and capital needs in the long term. Various offers and alternatives are continuously evaluated.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
