(Gothenburg, Sweden, April 1, 2022, at 15:10 CEST) – Heliospectra AB (publ) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: HELIO), has appointed Annika Westlund as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Annika has held numerous leading positions, including as CFO for several companies and groups. In addition, she has been running her own company Redbox AB since 2015. Annika will take up her new position in mid-May 2022 and report to the CEO.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Annika has over 20 years of experience leading companies and development- and transition projects in several sectors, including within industry, retail, research, and transportation. Since 2015, Annika has run her own company Redbox AB, where she works with business development and management. Annika has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg, where she graduated in 1991. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Annika Westlund will take up her position in mid-May and replace Hans Naess, who has decided to return as a consultant through her own company. Hans has been CFO since 2018 and will continue in this role during <\/span>his <\/span>handover to Annika to ensure an orderly transition period.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
