The Board of Directors of Heliospectra AB (publ) (“Heliospectra” or “the Company”) has prepared a prospectus regarding the issue of shares and warrants (“Units”) with preferential rights for existing shareholders (the “Rights Issue”) published on 25 September 2020.<\/strong><\/div>\n

The prospectus has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw<\/em>. Finansinspektionen).
