This was necessary to determine plant response accurately.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #193330;\">Finding a flexible light source for growth chambers was challenging. This was due to the need for low light levels of 50 micromoles and high light levels over 1000 micromoles. Additionally, the frequent changes in light intensity had to be applied rapidly, spanning periods of a few hours, several days, or weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"flex-1 overflow-hidden\">\n<div class=\"react-scroll-to-bottom--css-usmdo-79elbk h-full dark:bg-gray-800\">\n<div class=\"react-scroll-to-bottom--css-usmdo-1n7m0yu\">\n<div class=\"flex flex-col text-sm dark:bg-gray-800\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #193330;\">Solution:<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #193330;\">Dr. Matsubara selected Heliospectra\u2019s adjustable spectrum LEDs for their programming and adjusting capabilities. She also noted that LEDs emit significantly less heat compared to other light sources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #193330;\">Excess heat could impact plants and leaf temperature during experiments. Additionally, the heat must be cooled and controlled in growth chambers for optimal conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row align-center\"  id=\"row-2004221771\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-734782180\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"is-border\"\n\t\tstyle=\"border-color:#00a76d;border-width:0px 0px 0px 5px;margin:0px 0px 0px -15px;\">\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\n\t<div id=\"text-163111912\" class=\"text\">\n\t\t\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #193330;\">\u201cThe Heliospectra LEDs do not generate much heat compared with conventional strong light sources.
