Gothenburg, Sweden, 5 January 2021 at 14:30 CET Heliospectra AB (publ) (“the Company”) has through the wholly owned subsidiary Heliospectra Personal AB (“the Subsidiary”) has executed the transfer of 930,000 stock warrants of series P03 from the Company to senior executives and key personnel within the group. The stock warrants were originally issued to the Subsidiary at the Company’s General Meeting held on May 14, 2020. 

In overeenstemming met de voorwaarden van de aandelenwarrants heeft de Vennootschap de marktwaarde van de warrants per dag van overdracht vastgesteld in overeenstemming met het Black & Scholes optiewaarderingsmodel en de principes van het uitgiftebesluit. De marktwaarde is vastgesteld op SEK 0,20 per optie. De inschrijvingsprijs voor de warrants is vastgesteld op SEK 3,19 per optie. aandeel en is berekend in overeenstemming met de principes van het uitgiftebesluit.

De dochteronderneming houdt nog steeds de resterende 70.000 aandelenwarrants van de serie P03 die in de toekomst kunnen worden aangeboden aan senior managers en personeel op sleutelposities.
