Bonny Heeren is an accomplished executive with a wide network and deep connection to the global horticulture and greenhouse industry. He has held multiple leadership positions within Group Saint-Gobain, most recently as Managing Director for the BU Horticulture division. Previously, he was CFO for different activities of Saint-Gobain in the Benelux including GLASS, ISOVER and ADFORS. Bonny graduated with a Master of Science and Business Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and completed the General Management Program at Harvard University in Boston. He is currently an investor in Agtech start-ups and on the Board of Advice at Corvus Drones. Bonny joined the Board of Heliospectra in 2021 and took the position as Interim CEO in January 2022, and became permanent CEO in March 2023.

Rebecca has more than twelve years of experience at Heliospectra, where she has held several key positions, including Marketing Manager, Head of helioCARE (the company’s technical support unit), and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with global responsibility for sales and marketing. 
    Over the past five years, Rebecca has also led the company’s investor relations and been responsible for financial reporting and communication with shareholders and the capital markets. Since October 2025, she has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
    Before joining Heliospectra, she worked in the white goods industry and with LED lighting for indoor environments at the Vestel Group. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Consumption from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law.

Nathalie kwam in 2014 bij Heliospectra en heeft sindsdien verschillende belangrijke functies bekleed, waaronder International Logistics Coordinator en Supply Chain Manager. Door deze functies heeft ze een sterke expertise ontwikkeld in supply chain management, inkoop en onderhandelingen, evenals een diepgaand begrip van de tuinbouwverlichtingsindustrie. In 2025 werd ze benoemd tot Lead Global Agtech Sales, verantwoordelijk voor het stimuleren van de verkoop van het bedrijf aan universiteiten en Agtech-bedrijven wereldwijd. Ze richt zich op het opbouwen van partnerschappen met onderzoeksinstellingen en innovators om de toepassing van geavanceerde verlichtings- en besturingsoplossingen te ondersteunen. Ze studeerde in 2014 af aan de Linnaeus Universiteit met een Bachelor in International Business.

Johan Rubensson werkt sinds 2021 bij Heliospectra en heeft 15 jaar ervaring als ingenieur. Voordat hij bij Heliospectra kwam, werkte hij als consultant bij Consat waar hij als systeemontwerper en projectmanager werkte voor bedrijven als Volvo, SKF, SCA en ESAB. Johan heeft ook zijn eigen bedrijf Rubenson Industri AB. Johan is in 2012 afgestudeerd met een Master in Embedded Systems aan de Chalmers University of Technology.

Denis Dullemans is een ervaren verkoopleider met een uitgebreide achtergrond in de wereldwijde tuinbouw- en kassenindustrie. Hij heeft senior commerciële functies bekleed bij bedrijven als Dutch Lighting Innovations (DLI), Dalsem en Agrolux, waar hij een belangrijke rol speelde bij het uitbreiden van de internationale verkoop en het opbouwen van langdurige partnerschappen met commerciële glastuinders wereldwijd. Denis heeft meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in technische oplossingen, bedrijfsontwikkeling en klantenbetrokkenheid in de landbouw met gecontroleerde omgevingen. In juni 2025 trad hij in dienst bij Heliospectra als Lead Global Greenhouse Sales, waar hij leiding geeft aan de wereldwijde verkoopinspanningen van het bedrijf voor commerciële kassen.
