Bonny Heeren
CEO en interim-CFO

Bonny Heeren is an accomplished executive with a wide network and deep connection to the global horticulture and greenhouse industry. He has held multiple leadership positions within Group Saint-Gobain, most recently as Managing Director for the BU Horticulture division. Previously, he was CFO for different activities of Saint-Gobain in the Benelux including GLASS, ISOVER and ADFORS. Bonny graduated with a Master of Science and Business Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and completed the General Management Program at Harvard University in Boston. He is currently an investor in Agtech start-ups and on the Board of Advice at Corvus Drones. Bonny joined the Board of Heliospectra in 2021 and took the position as Interim CEO in January 2022. He is independent in relation to the company and management as well as in relation to the company’s major shareholders.

Rebecca Nordin
Chief Financal Officer (CFO)

Rebecca joined Heliospectra in 2014 and has since played a key role in the company’s commercial sector, overseeing sales, strategic marketing, the helioCARE service offering, and investor relations. She brings a strong background in brand building and communication from the white goods industry as well as LED lighting for indoor environments. In 2025, she stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) while continuing to manage investor relations. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Consumption from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Nathalie Svedberg

Nathalie joined Heliospectra in 2014 and has held key roles as International Logistics Coordinator and Supply Chain Manager until 2025. During this time, she gained a deep understanding of the industry along with extensive expertise in supply chain management, purchasing, and negotiations. In 2025, she transitioned into her current position as Lead Global Agtech Sales. Nathalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Linnaeus University.

Johan Rubensson werkt sinds 2021 bij Heliospectra en heeft 15 jaar ervaring als ingenieur. Voordat hij bij Heliospectra kwam, werkte hij als consultant bij Consat waar hij als systeemontwerper en projectmanager werkte voor bedrijven als Volvo, SKF, SCA en ESAB. Johan heeft ook zijn eigen bedrijf Rubenson Industri AB. Johan is in 2012 afgestudeerd met een Master in Embedded Systems aan de Chalmers University of Technology.

Denis Dullemans

Denis Dullemans is een ervaren verkoopleider met een uitgebreide achtergrond in de wereldwijde tuinbouw- en kassenindustrie. Hij heeft senior commerciële functies bekleed bij bedrijven als Dutch Lighting Innovations (DLI), Dalsem en Agrolux, waar hij een belangrijke rol speelde bij het uitbreiden van de internationale verkoop en het opbouwen van langdurige partnerschappen met commerciële glastuinders wereldwijd. Denis heeft meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in technische oplossingen, bedrijfsontwikkeling en klantenbetrokkenheid in de landbouw met gecontroleerde omgevingen. In juni 2025 trad hij in dienst bij Heliospectra als Lead Global Greenhouse Sales, waar hij leiding geeft aan de wereldwijde verkoopinspanningen van het bedrijf voor commerciële kassen.

We ontwikkelen niet alleen enkele van de meest geavanceerde technologieën, maar wat we doen is ook belangrijk! LED-verlichting is ontwikkeld om de efficiëntie van gecontroleerde omgevingen en voedselproductie te verhogen. Dit omvat het verlagen van energiekosten, het verminderen van productie- en plantenafval en het produceren van gewassen van de hoogste kwaliteit die er beter uitzien, beter smaken en langer meegaan.
