Gothenburg, Sweden, February 19, 2025, at 12:50 CET – Today, February 19, 2025, the subscription period begins in Heliospectra AB (publ)’s (the “Company”) new share issue with preferential rights for existing shareholders of up to approximately SEK 25.6 million (the “Rights Issue”), which was announced on January 23, 2025. The subscription period for the Rights Issue runs until March 5, 2025.

Summary of the Rights Issue:
- The Rights Issue comprises a maximum of 122,037,585 shares.
- Upon full subscription, Heliospectra will receive approximately SEK 25.6 million before deduction of transactions costs.
- De inschrijvingsprijs is SEK 0,21 per aandeel.
- The Rights Issue is 100 percent covered by subscription undertakings and guarantee commitments.
- For each share held in the Company on the record date, February 17, 2025, the shareholder received one (1) subscription right. One (1) subscription right entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) share.
- Shareholders who choose not to participate in the Rights Issue will have their ownership diluted by up to 50 percent but have the opportunity to compensate for the dilution effect by selling their subscription rights.
