Gothenburg, Sweden, 25 January, 2022 Heliospectra AB (publ), has decided to raise a short-term loan of SEK 17,025,000 from the main owners Weland Stål AB, ADMA Förvaltnings AB, and Corespring New Technology AB. The purpose of the loans is to strengthen the company’s liquidity and working capital. With a capital injection of approximately SEK 17 million, which will be transferred to Heliospectra immediately, liquidity is ensured to meet the company’s working capital needs in the short term.

The lenders are Heliospectra's three largest shareholders who have entered into separate loan agreements with the company for the following amounts.

The loans fall due for payment in full no later than 30 June 2022. The loans run with an annual interest rate of 2 percent and a default interest rate of 8 percentage points above the reference interest rate, in line with the Interest Act (1975: 635). If the company chooses to carry out a new issue of shares, warrants and / or convertibles before the repayment date, the lenders have the right to set off the loan, together with accrued interest, against new shares, warrants and / or convertibles, provided this is possible according to applicable laws and regulations.

The Board assesses that the loans have been raised on market terms.
