FIRST MULTI-CHANNEL LED DEVELOPED
Heliospectra developed the first
multi-channel LED for internal use,
the SPL.
FIRST MULTI-CHANNEL LED DEVELOPED
First dynamic light – the L4A was introduced to researchers world wide. The light was the first fully controllable LED light in the market, with 8 individually controllable channels.
LISTING AND COMMERCIAL BREAKTHROUGH
Our new generation of commercial research light was introduced to the market the ELIXA family was launched. Heliospectra was listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
FIRST WIRELESS CONTROL SYSTEM INTRODUCED
First version of Heliospectra’s wireless light control system was launched. The system was rebranded to helioCORE in 2017, and with it came new functions, including a DLI controller, On Target Controller, and a new updated Schedule Controller

A re–launch of Heliospectra’s technical services offering under helioCARE™, offering a team of experts and a range of technical services designed to help growers and companies increase yields, accelerate harvests and achieve standardized production cycles at a high quality all-round.
FOCUS ON COMMERCIAL HORTICULUTRE LIGHTING
In 2019 Heliospectra launched the first generation of our MITRA platform, MITRA C, targeting high-light crops such as vine crops in indoor and greenhouse environments.
THE NEW GENERATION OF MITRA X INTRODUCED
The new generation was designed for greenhouse and controlled plant growth environments, a fully modular platform, wirelessly controlled with a higher output of up to 5700µmol, wide beam optics, and 3.7 efficacy.
NEW DYNAMIC SOLUTIONS FOR GREENHOUSE ENVIRONMENTS
Heliospectra Launches new Dynamic Multi-Channel LED Solution – the C3 and C4 – for precision crop growth and efficacy, built on a legacy of multi-channel dynamic light solutions. Heliospectra also open up their second office in Breda, the Netherlands.
SOFT-RELEASE OF BIOSENSOR
At Greentech this year, helioSENSE Heliospectra’s patented, highly awaited fluorescence sensor was showcased. The sensor is to be fully released and available in 2026. We also celebrated 10 years of Dynamic Light Control with helioCORE™.
