Management Team

Bonny Heeren is an accomplished executive with a wide network and deep connection to the global horticulture and greenhouse industry. He has held multiple leadership positions within Group Saint-Gobain, most recently as Managing Director for the BU Horticulture division. Previously, he was CFO for different activities of Saint-Gobain in the Benelux including GLASS, ISOVER and ADFORS. Bonny graduated with a Master of Science and Business Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and completed the General Management Program at Harvard University in Boston. He is currently an investor in Agtech start-ups and on the Board of Advice at Corvus Drones. Bonny joined the Board of Heliospectra in 2021 and took the position as Interim CEO in January 2022, and became permanent CEO in March 2023.

Rebecca has more than twelve years of experience at Heliospectra, where she has held several key positions, including Marketing Manager, Head of helioCARE (the company’s technical support unit), and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with global responsibility for sales and marketing. 
    Over the past five years, Rebecca has also led the company’s investor relations and been responsible for financial reporting and communication with shareholders and the capital markets. Since October 2025, she has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
    Before joining Heliospectra, she worked in the white goods industry and with LED lighting for indoor environments at the Vestel Group. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Consumption from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law.

Nathalie joined Heliospectra in 2014 and has since held several key positions, including International Logistics Coordinator and Supply Chain Manager. Through these roles, she developed strong expertise in supply chain management, purchasing, and negotiations, as well as a deep understanding of the horticulture lighting industry. In 2025, she was appointed Lead Global Agtech Sales, responsible for driving the company’s sales to Universities and Agtech companies worldwide. Focusing on building partnerships with research institutions and innovators to support the adoption of advanced lighting and control solutions. She graduated from Linnaeus University with a Bachelor in International Business in 2014

Johan Rubensson joined Heliospectra in 2021 and has 15 years of experience working as an engineer. Before joining Heliospectra he worked as a consultant at Consat where he worked as a system designer and project manager for companies such as Volvo, SKF, SCA and ESAB among others. Johan also has his own company Rubenson Industri AB. Johan graduated with a Master’s degree in Embedded Systems from Chalmers university of Technology in 2012.

Denis Dullemans is an experienced sales leader with an extensive background in the global horticulture and greenhouse industry. He has held senior commercial positions at companies such as Dutch Lighting Innovations (DLI), Dalsem, and Agrolux, where he was instrumental in expanding international sales and building long-term partnerships with commercial greenhouse growers worldwide. Denis brings over 20 years of expertise in technical solutions, business development, and customer engagement across controlled environment agriculture. He joined Heliospectra in June 2025 as Lead Global Greenhouse Sales, where he leads the company’s global sales efforts for commercial greenhouses.
