Ordervärdet uppgår till 1,9 miljoner SEK (160 000 GBP).

(Göteborg, Sverige, 17 DECEMBER, 2019) – Heliospectra AB (publ) (OTCQB: HLSPY, FIRSTNORTH GROWTH MARKET: HELIO), världsledande inom intelligent belysningsteknik för växthus och kontrollerade odlingsmiljöer, tillkännager att företaget har fått en ny order från Davis Electric I Urbana, Illinois, USA. Systemleverantören Davis Electric kommer att installera den spektrum-kontrollerbara belysningslösningen ELIXIA och kontrollsystemet helioCORE till en ny forskningsfacilitet på ett universitet i USA. Ordervärdet uppgår till 3 miljoner SEK (USD$ 315,000).  

(GOTHENBURG, Sweden / SAN FRANCISCO, CA, December 17, 2019) – Heliospectra AB (publ) (OTCQB: HLSPY, FIRSTNORTH GROWTH MARKET: HELIO), a world leader in intelligent lighting technology for greenhouse and controlled plant growth environments, announces a new order from Davis Electric in Urbana, Illinois. The systems integrator and supplier will install the controllable spectra ELIXIA LED lights (https://www.heliospectra.com/led-grow-lights/commercial-led-grow-lights/) and the helioCORE™ light control system (https://www.heliospectra.com/led-grow-light-control-software/) for a new university research greenhouse facility. The order value is SEK 3 million (USD$ 315,000). 

Teckningsperioden för företrädesemissionen i Heliospectra AB (publ) avslutades den 4 december 2019. Det slutliga utfallet av Företrädesemissionen, som omfattades av teckningsförbindelser och garantiåtaganden motsvarande 100 procent, visar att Företrädesemissionen tecknades till motsvarande cirka 85 procent med stöd av teckningsrätter och till motsvarande cirka 2 procent utan stöd av teckningsrätter. Vidare tilldelas cirka 13 procent av Företrädesemissionen de emissionsgaranter som enligt avtal med Bolaget åtagit sig att teckna aktier i Företrädesemissionen i förhållande till gjorda åtaganden. Företrädesemissionen tillför Bolaget därmed cirka 51,5 MSEK, före emissionskostnader.

The subscription period for the rights issue in Heliospectra AB (publ) was completed on December 4, 2019. The outcome of the rights issue, which was covered by subscription and guarantee commitments corresponding to 100 percent, shows that the Rights Issue was subscribed by approximately 85 percent with the support of subscription rights and approximately 2 percent without the support of subscription rights. In addition, approximately 13 percent of the Rights Issue is allocated to the guarantors who, in accordance with agreements with the Company, have committed to subscribe for shares in the rights issue in relation to commitments made. The rights issue provides the Company with approximately SEK 51,5 million, before issue costs.
