In May, Tomatoworld entered into a strategic partnership with Orance grow light architects, to assist them in implementing a new state-of-the-art LED grow light system within their greenhouse. After evaluating different options, the choice fell to Heliospectra’s advanced smart LED grow light system to further promote sustainable cultivation practices and innovation.

Gothenburg, 28 May 2024 at 19.05 CET – Heliospectra AB (publ) (“Heliospectra” or the “Company”), has today entered into an agreement on a capital adequacy guarantee with the principal owners Weland Stål AB, Agartha AB and Corespring New Technology AB (together ” Principal Owners”). The purpose of the capital adequacy guarantee (“Guarantee”) is to secure the Company’s possible liquidity needs during the period up to and including the day of the Company’s Annual General Meeting in 2025. The guarantee is limited to a total amount of SEK 20 million, distributed among all Shareholders.
Göteborg, 28:e maj 2024 kl.19.05 CET – Heliospectra AB (publ) (”Heliospectra” eller ”Bolaget”), har idag ingått avtal om en kapitaltäckningsgaranti med huvudägarna Weland Stål AB, Agartha AB och Corespring New Technology AB (tillsammans ”Huvudägarna”). Syftet med kapitaltäckningsgarantin (”Garantin”) är att trygga Bolagets eventuella likviditetsbehov under tiden fram till och med dagen för Bolagets årsstämma 2025. Garantin är begränsad till ett sammanlagt belopp, fördelat på samtliga Aktieägare, uppgående till 20 miljoner kronor.
